Ichiro Sano

Born in Japan in 1960, Sano graduated from Keio University, a leading research university committed to excellence and innovation in education, research, and medicine. In 1984 he joined Recruit Co., Ltd. where he supported corporate recruitment, education, training, and student recruitment at universities and vocational schools, and later became Editor-In-Chief of the Works Institute. In 2005, Sano established the non-profit organization Jibun Mirai Club (JMC) with the aim of creating a place for children who will lead the next generation to connect and learn, an organization which he currently represents.
